This raises an interesting question we've dealt with many a=20
time in our network - outside of situations mandated by=20
governments or some such, are ISP's happy to peer with their=20
customers (where "peer" =3D settlement-free exchanging of=20
routes/traffic across public interconnects while "customers"=20
=3D servicing a commercial IP Transit contract)?
