Hi There,
Could a yahoo.com mail admin contact me offlist please? We get calls from c=
ustomers saying that e-mails from their yahoo.com e-mail address to us boun=
ce back due to a DNS lookup issue.
The issue seems intermittent but it's at a level that is sufficient enough =
to raise some eyebrows by the head of our customer service team.
