Hello,
Does anyone know if it's possible to get old records (AS numbers...) of
an IP allocation ?
I found on RIPE these data : ftp://ftp.ripe.net/pub/stats/ripencc/
But only the country and allocation date are included.
The IP range I would like to have more information about is
109.190.0.0/17 (it was Russian before and now French).
