Understanding this is a little vague, I can say that I did see "weirdness" =
in connectivity from a datacenter in Seattle to LA, Dallas to LA and Amazon=
 West US to Dallas, and Denver to Seattle about 2am to 3am MDT.  If you cou=
ld provide what carriers you are on, maybe we can compare notes?
