That is a blackhole. I have sent emails there on Jan 18, Feb 3, Feb 23 as
well as to support@maxmind.com since their incorrect geo data affects Ookla
as well - and all emails have gone unanswered. If anyone has some contact
within Maxmind tell them to get a clue.
