Sao Paulo downtown, although it is unclear at this time if it will
stay there or not. They do not provide colocation at their datacenter,
but there is one a few steps from it, Alog. (http://www.alog.com.br).
Other SP metro area datacenters include Locaweb
(http://www.locaweb.com.br), UOL Host (http://www.uolhost.com.br) and
Global Crossing. UOL Host newest facility is also at downtown.

Bovespa recently chose Diveo (http://www.diveo.com, acquired by UOL
Host) for their contingency site, located about 30 km from Bovespa
current location.

Ethernet carriers are prevalent in Sao Paulo. My first pick is AES
Atimus (http://www.aesatimus.com.br). Algar
(http://www.algartelecom.com.br), Global Crossing coming second; you
can also lease Internet capacity from the datacenter you end up
colocating at, usually with good prices and quality.
