Anyone seeing problems with Qwest access circuits this evening? Our
AT&T GigE circuit with Qwest LEC has bounced twice. Oddly when I went
to check it out from home, my Qwest DSL was down at the exact same time,
and appeared to come back up at around the same time. I'm in eastern
Iowa. I haven't heard anything from Qwest or AT&T so far, and received
no notice of any planned maintenance?
