Issues with MSN and Rogers Blackberry

Hi all,
I have a good friend who is on the Rogers network with a Blackberry Bold
9700.
Frequently, but not always, MSN will dump with the following error:
"There is a problem with the server. Please try again later.(100)".
The 'net is littered with these complaints, and it appears to only
affect Verizon/Rogers networks.
Does anyone know of a workaround, or are there any Rogers/MSN engineers
who can contact me off list to try to figure it out?
