ISS (acquired by IBM) is a verry strong product and you should look at
it. We ran a demo/pilot od ISS in our production network for a couple of
monthes and were pleased with it.

Junipers IDP is another product to look at. I am currently running IDP
and it was a better fit than ISS for us.
