Most likely you are better off not on the ATM bandwagon, but a good
exchange point has to support even the people who beleives in cells,
and maybe enough people se the brick-wall before they smash into it..
If the exchange_points becomes "WEB-farms" I'm not so sure they will
survive, as there is no_one responsible for the service, as all
lives in the "DMZ-zone".
