Looking at the graph of at least one of the european exchange where RIS con=
nect, it had an impact. Now saying it was nothing is like saying that the Y=
ouTube incident was nothing as you were not affected as you do not use YouT=
ube.

Some people did feel the pain - lucky it was not you :)
