Humph...  Lets try that again bill. (making sure that the girls are eating
their breakfast instead of playing with the keyboard... :)

Paul Francis has been promoting this idea for at least eight years now.
In the last year, he went to IETF to see if there was still interest 
in building some infrastructure to do just this.
