At various times:

trees (redwood, spruce, ash)
animals indigenous to the area (coyote, eagle, hawk, falcon)
wines (pinot, chianiti)
area keywords (shaky was a router in an earthquake prone area)
colors (red, blue, green)
places in star wars (dantooine)

I found the wines and star wars stuff too hard to remember how to spell :-)
