If I may ... two questions:
a) do the humans @ SORBS use the AI/GUI that everyone else uses to query/request
changes or do all SORBS internal manipulations use an entirely different AI/GUI?
b) is there any method for someone to request their (as opposed to someone elses)
prefix be added to SORBS? e.g.
