Apparently I have accidentally climbed a soapbox whilst trying to =
explain what I thought was a fairly simple point. I'll get down.

I am fairly sure the RIRs don't need my help in cleaning their databases =
or figuring out clever ways to keep them consistent in the future. Given =
the experience with ERX presumably there is enthusiasm for future =
transfers to be handled more rigourously.
