What Router Advertisment server did you use? The radvd server supports
RFC 5006, an extension to vanilla RA that gives an address to a
resolving DNS server (RDNSS).

Granted, the client support is still rather poor. I only know of my own
radns:

and rdnssd:

  http://rdnssd.linkfanel.net/

The latter is included in some Linux distributions, at least Debian and
Ubuntu.
