=3E Global Crossing - Said they contacted an engineer who would get back=
=3E to me=2C mailed them 4 times since to no avail (no bounced emails

=3E Level 3 - Apparently don=27t operate in Latin America
=3E AT=26T - Want us to have a minimum of 3 locations in the US to =
