A downstream customer of ours is under a systemic DoS attack. Spoofed ICMP
is headed for 207.99.73.206 at this time.
If any of your Northern American Network Operators (read, NSPs) could
possibly do whatever it is you do to attempt to track this down, NAC would
be most appreciative.
