I don't think that's the lesson learned from that case at all
actually. The lesson learned was that you can essentially be a
horrible actor in this society for +10 years and no one in LEA or
Gov't circles will care (for a variety of reasons)... Only when enough
operators get mud flung in their eyes publicly will action be taken.
