Next time YOU place a POP, better confirm you CAN get a generator
placed there. I recall a time when a RBOC {not called that then}
placed a new CO in a downtown office tower, then looked at the
fire regulations.....
In short, no one's perfect.
My sympathy to the family of the utility employee. I'm glad no one
else died, too.
