Not sure if this qualifies as backbone, per se but a quick scan of a
few IX public data graphs shows roughly the following increase for the
day over the previous Tuesday:
SIX: 25% increase
TorIX: 23% increase
LAIIX: 21% increase
NYIIX: 19% increase
