There is still BGP to at least some Iranian sites. The University of

is at 80.66.177.63
and that is both reachable and pingable. So, the site is reachable and
the DNS is still there.
However, the (small but steady) Iranian audience for AmericaFree.TV
has largely, but not entirely, vanished for the last 24 hours. That
suggests to me
something is being blocked, but not uniformly.
