business-grade cable Internet from them. I can download files from my
office at 13M bps disk-to-disk, though of course uploads are slower.
And their service people have been excellent since Verizon started
offering FIOS in my town... (Yes, there have been glitches, most
amusingly when I started seeing 5-20% packet loss and 5-90% packet
duplication, and was told to clear my (Internet Explorer, which of
course doesn't run on BSD) browser cache...)
