I had no connectivity to Cogent (not even the web site) at 6:59 to
7:15 AM EDT from
Sprint EVD0 at National Airport in (near) DC. (That was all the time I
had while I was trying onboard the plane.) At the same time, Netnod in
Sweden did have connectivity to Cogent.
