apologies.  one publicly known (because someone used traceroute) example
is mentioned in <http://www.mcabee.org/lists/nanog/Jun-01/msg00207.html>
and likely more widely discussed around that time.  usually such
arrangements, peering and transit (occasionally bi-dir selective
transit) mixed.

expect to see more next year when the court restrictions have expired
and the other randy releases his pent up anger/greed :)
