I would point out that the delay inherent in the NANOG list which
keeps it from being useful to ops folks in real-time is exactly what
spurred creation of the IPNmoo and the Inter-Provider Notification
Project in general. Nobody who was logged into IPNmoo appears to have
lost their connections to it.
