We saw an outage from 7:35am to 8:14am (partially back up) 8:20 (fully up) 
on 7/24.  I was on the phone with Level 3 at the time.  A tech was 
supposed to get back to me with an explanation so I could pass that on to 
my customers, but it never happened.
