True, however GMail has the advantage of seeing Yahoo!'s past problems
and working (in advance) around them.   SSL is a good thing, and
thankfully Yahoo! came into the 21st century.  ;-)   Before I switched
to GMail I use to VPN my laptop connections to Yahoo!  POP3 via a
server closer to Yahoo! to avoid sniffing opptys.
