If you are holding a reservation at the group rate and need to cancel,
please let me know. I would like to take over any cancelled
reservation so the room can be reassigned to another meeting attendee,
and not go back into the hotel's general inventory for resale at the
prevailing rate.
If you need a room, please send me your check in/check out dates and
phone number. I will let you know if a cancelled room becomes
available.
