I'm having an issue with a customer that XO Communications and I have in co=
mmon who is seeing outrageous latency. I've tried to submit a request via t=
he XO website, but it appears their automated form is broken. If an XO supp=
ort rep can contact me off-list I'd appreciate it; or if anyone has a direc=
t email contact for XO Business Support, please email me personally and I'l=
l buy you a virtual beer.
