I just checked the Internet Pulse page now (1 pm CT), and nothing shows up
for the last hour, but for all three metrics something does show for the
4-hour view.
 
And if you check AT&T's website
(http://ipnetwork.bgtmo.ip.att.net/pws/current_network_performance.shtml),
there's no hint anything ever happened.  Amazing how that works. =)
