On the IAP list the question recently came up whether any NorthAm NSP's
currently have operational OC3 backbones (or portions thereof). I would
appreciate it if somebody would post their current status (and future
rollout schedules?) regards OC3 on either this list or on
iap@vma.cc.nd.edu
