Nope.  Not sure where you got that from.  With P2P, it's others outside
the Comcast network that are over saturating the Comcast customers'
bandwidth.  It's basically an ebb and flow problem, 'cept there is more
of one than the other. ;-) 

Btw, is Comcast in NZ?
