When did your outage start?  Perhaps last night was a big migration^Wbreak 
the network night for Level3.  We had a Progress Telecom^W^WLevel3 DS3 
break at about 4:20AM and not get fixed until about 4:30PM today.
I don't have a good explanation yet as to why they broke our circuit or 
more importantly, why it took them >12h to put it back in service.
