A bunch of frustration waiting and aggravation and ending up doing it all myself anyway Costco is lame lame lame Im just going somewhere else from now on Im dissatisfied beyond words No Im not giving my name so Cosco can target me for retaliation</td>

<td style="font-size:8px; color:#999; "> Hi I just spent quite a while trying to find a place to contact customer service for the main headquarters of Costco and its been super hard I finally got to this and Im not even sure where its going but I would like to make a couple comments and suggestions I was at the Federal Way Washington Costco the other day and I would like to suggest changing the area where you go in to wait to talk to the man working in the back its like a long hallway theres nowhere to sit and its the first time Ive ever been in there and the music Led Zeppelin to be exact was just blaring and when I went to the counter I had to wait while two men talked back there and while I was talking with the man about my situation the other man was gracious enough to walk over and turn the music down its very unprofessional to have music in your business that loud and to distract the workers from the customers that area needs to be revamped its very customer unfriendly</td>

<td style="font-size:8px; color:#999; "> Actually the return policy at my Costco is painless I ran into big problems with Sams Club over a car battery and cancelled my membership First thing first lets go into Costco The Kirkland Dog Food gave my dog problems I returned it and bought another flavor Same thing I was like What do I do now? and they took back the second bag after I explained that I thought the issue might have been the flavor (Lamb vs Chicken) but there was something in both that made my dogs stomach upset I dont think there is any problem with the food it was my dogs stomach I have ran into issues with Systane Ultra eye drops because after eye surgery I ended up with dry eyes and will stock up on Systane when they have it on sale I had one batch where I swear Alcon just put water in the bottles the stuff would literally just come out drop by drop if the bottle was open and upside down Plus my eyes never felt like I put anything but water in them once again Costco took them back no questions asked As long as you d it and have a receipt you will have no problems Even if you dont have the receipt they can look it up on their system and take care of it I have never had an issue with Costco and returns</td>
