The food is always fresh and the menu changes often. It's a nice place to go for a special night out.... My husband and I have been here before and I always forget how good it is! He is from Lima Peru and when he told me to come to Rosarios, I had to trust him.... 5 stars is not enough. the manager has awesome customer service skills and she talks to me like family. she is so very sweet! the quality of the food is so... It's not often that a bar or eatery so far exceeds expectations, but Longs Peak Pub \u0026 Taphouse is soooo much more than its understated \"curb appeal\" would... The place to be!!
