Who else got this email?

These people emailed me from their anonymous hotmail account asking me
to help them publicize their protest (the sit-in on wednesday that has
signs up everywhere). I told them that if they told me who they were,
I would gladly help them; if not, it wasn't worth it.

I guess it's not worth it.

WHY BOTHER doing this, people?? Of course you have a lot to lose, that
is the POINT of a protest - putting something at risk for the sake of
something you care about!! Don't start something and then ask others
to take responsibility for your actions!

This really pisses me off. Whoever you are, I hope you feel like total
cowards for doing this. You might think you had good reason for it,
but the truth is, if you're not willing to associate yourself with
your own movement, DON'T FUCKING START IT! At least you had the brains
to cancel it when you realized people don't want to follow nameless
leaders with no balls.

If we're going to have a large-scale protest, it has to be done RIGHT
or it's not worth doing. People have to be willing to take a REAL
stand, not hide behind hotmail accounts. Although I (like most people)
am too hosed to organize anything, if something is organized and I
agree with the principles behind it, I am willing to take that stand,
and have my name published as being a part of it. If it's somethign I
dont' care about enough to take the risk of being associated with it,
then I shouldn't (and won't) be a part of it at all.

-a steaming Brandy

P.S. Fuck you too, Dan.
