Had the scampi stuffed chicken with penne. Delicious. Husband had the French pork chops and that was bomb. The menu is amazing! The bartender is fantastic... Great service and great food - get the shrimp walnut salad! Naomi was a great server, very helpful she'll tell you what's up!...Also had:..Crispy rice with... Area..The Sparklings is an Italian and American fusion casual dining, which located in Southwest area of Las Vegas. Since southwest area of Las Vegas is... Wow! This place is friggin awesome and I'm not just referring to the prices but the fish grade, presentation and flavor are incredible. I had the 8 course...
