Excellent mom-and-pop joint ..These folks are really concerned with your experience. ..You can have Pho just about anywhere in Houston now days but this place... Amazing ..Atmosphere amazing ..Steak and lobster plate was so yummy like we're still dreaming about it lol..Music was an awesome touch and the warmers on the... Not understanding the negative reviews! This place uses fresh ingredients made from scratch... It is a bit overpriced but in my opinion it's worth the extra... Came here once again and again, was not disappointed. We ordered those awesome onion rings as an appetizer. They're SO good, and the horseradish sauce that... I will be stopping here every time I go to Victoria! I had them make me something off the menu and it was INCREDIBLE!! I think they should call it \"The... This place was delicious!
