Was staying at the Capital Reef Resort...asked the locals for a good breakfast place near by and was given this recommendation...excellent friendly service... Fast service and good food and cold beer...a perfect ending to a perfect day exploring Capitol Reef NP. The pork in green sauce...the chili verde was... Capitol Breakfast!....On our way from Escalante towards Capitol Reefs National Park we stayed at Bicknell. Heading on the road early in the morning on a... This was fine dining in a tiny town!..The braised pork ribs were some of the best I've ever had even in the finest of restaurants. ..Presentation was worthy...
