Wow, I almost feel sorry for her, here is the last paragraph of her
reply to the email I sent her:

But that doesn't mean I think we should be soft on her. :) I am
saddened too by the chasm between students and staff,a nd I think she
exemplifies it quite nicely.

P.S. If you are one of the people who flamed her, shame on you. That's
just childish and doesn't get anything accomplished. Except prove that
