In a small city such as Springfield, I wasn't overly optimistic about finding a healthy or gluten free option for lunch. It is the Midwest after all. Boy... What a find! Certainly did not expect this kind or quality of Mediterranean food in Bolivar, Missouri. Highly recommended. My taste buds are humming. A romantic dinner with my wife.....The staff was great the food was excellent and the drinks were out of the ballpark.....I will definitely be back I wish I could pack their chefs in my car and take them to Memphis! Out of everything we tried my favorites were the zucchini cakes and bananas foster... The Greek was fantastic. Nice that they include vinegar, oil, Parmesan cheese AND minced garlic. I went here for the first time three years ago on a date. The guy....he didn't last. But, I'll go back here over and over again for the amazing steak and... This was amazing!
