Hello,
This is a personal email directed to you and I request that it be treated a=
s such. I must solicit your confidentiality and assure you that I am contac=
ting you in good faith and this proposal will be of mutual benefit. I am Ne=
ill Shrimpton, a solicitor at law. I am the personal attorney/sole executor=
to my late client who worked as an independent oil magnate in my country, =
who died in a car crash with his immediate family in East London on the 5Th=
of November 2001.
My late client, a formal Sub-Comptroller working with Chevron Texaco Oil he=
re in the United Kingdom Left behind a deposit of Five Million Eight Hundre=
d Thousand British Pounds Sterling only (=A35.8 Million Pounds Sterling ) w=
ith a bank. After the death of my client, the finance company contacted me =
being his attorney to provide his Next of kin who should inherit his fortun=
e this according to corporate banking laws.
Since the death of my client, i have been unable to locate any of his exten=
ded relatives whom shall be claimants/beneficiaries of his abandoned person=
al estate but thus far the findings have been to no avail and i communicate=
d same to the financial institution.
Sitting directors of the board of the financial institution has adopted a r=
esolution and I was mandated to provide his next of kin within the next 14 =
official working days or all legal claims to the funds would be forfeited w=
ithin that time. The financial house would invoke the abandoned property de=
cree of the company to confiscate the funds after the expiration of the per=
iod given me. Official letters have been sent to my office in the last coup=
le of days days suggesting a likely proceeding for confiscation of his aban=
doned personal assets in line with the provisions of such laws.
My contacting you is base on reasons, very professional as well as to use l=
egal means to present a next of kin of my deceased client. This indeed is l=
egally possible and would be done within the confines of the British laws. =
On this note I decided to search for a credible person and seeing that you =
bear a similar last name, I thought to contact you, that I may, with your c=
onsent, present you to the financial house as close relative of my late cli=
ent as only family members can put up a claim to the bank in that capacity =
as a next of kin of my client.
I find this possible for the fuller reasons that you are of the same nation=
ality and you bear a similar last name with my late client making it a lot =
easier for you to put up a claim in that capacity. I have all vital documen=
ts that would confer you the legal right to make this claim and would make =
them available to you so that the proceeds of this bank account valued at =
=A35.8 million Pounds Sterling can be paid to you before it gets confiscate=
d or declared unserviceable to the bank where amount is lodged.
I do sincerely sympathize the death of my client but think it is unprofitab=
le for his funds to be submitted to the government of this country or some =
financial institution. My aim is to retrieve these funds and let it be clai=
med by the deceased family Lineage, etc. for this I seek your assistance si=
nce I have been unable to locate the relatives for the past 8 years now.
I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the deceased since=
you have the same last name giving you the advantage so that the proceeds =
of this account can be paid to you. In the aftermath of this, the sharing f=
ormular would be 40% for me and 60% to you. I know there might be other per=
sons out there with the same surname as my last client, but i hope i am mak=
ing the right decision in contactting you. Can I trust you on this? I shall=
assemble all the necessary documents that will be used to back up your cla=
im.=20
I will not fail to bring to your notice that this proposal is hitch-free an=
d that you should not entertain any fears as the required arrangements have=
been made for the completion of this transfer.I guarantee that this will b=
e executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any br=
each of law.=20
Like I said, I require only a solemn confidentiality on this. Please get in=
touch with me by my alternative email: ( neshrimp@live.co.uk ) for strict=
confidentiality purpose and send to me your telephone and fax numbers to e=
nable us discuss further on this transaction. My contact number is +44-704-=
570-2008. If this proposal is acceptable to you, do not take undue advantag=
e of the trust I have bestowed in you, Thanks for your understanding while =
awaiting your immediate response.
Regards.
Neill Shrimpton.
