WASHINGTON The Obama administration is warily watching developments on the Korean
peninsula after the death of North Korea's leader Kim Jong Il and
may postpone decisions on re-engaging the reclusive country in nuclear talks and
providing it with food aid, U.S. officials said Sunday.The administration had been
expected to decide on both issues this week, possibly as early as
Monday, but the officials said Kim's death would likely delay the process.
The officials spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitivity of
the situation. They said the U.S. was particularly concerned about any changes

South Korea but were hopeful that calm would prevail.The White House said
it was monitoring the situation closely and remained in constant contact with

resigned from the Libyan Army two years after Qaddafi came to power
in 1969.Sipping coffee in an off-campus cafe, Elbergwa, dressed in a casual
sweater and multihued headscarf, said the overthrow of Qaddafi leaves a country
with "nothing" -- no infrastructure, education, health care or political culture. With
a huge rebuilding process ahead, she said, she hopes her nation will
accept her help.When he returns after his diplomatic training, El-Najah said he
will carry a simple message."We have to f
encourage other people who believe their ideas have been stolen to come
forward. Unfortunately for a lot of these people, most of the cases
are thrown out of court.But as long as a big payday is
even a remote possibility, expect the lawsuits to keep coming.The profits and
rewards of a successful film today can be higher than ever before,
given the recession-proof nature of the entertainment industry and the multiple revenue
streams from home video, online viewing and other sources, added Los Angeles-based
entertainment reporter, Scott Huver. It would be nave to think that there
arent occasional, genuine instances of the outright ripping off of anothers story.
But its so easy for opportunistic types eager to try and be
paid off in what would be equivalent to a nuisance lawsuit. Some
people will always be hoping to get settlement just to squash any
bad publicity that could endanger the films overall profits.
