warned off a foreign helicopter that had approached the site of a
10-day naval drill it is currently conducting in international waters beyond the
Strait of Hormuz at the mouth of the Persian Gulf.A spokesman for
the drill, Rear Adm. Mahmoud Mousavi, tells state TV the helicopter left
the area immediately after the warning Sunday. He gives no other details.Irans
navy began the 10-day drill on Saturday, and regularly holds war games.

us (XMRV), which they said they found in blood samples of patients
with CFS.CFS advocates were elated. At last there was proof that their
disease was real, they said. Retrovirus experts, on the other hand, were
skeptical. Maybe the blood samples were contaminated. It turns out that the
paper is likely wrong. No other lab could reproduce the results.Science issued
an "Editorial Expression of Concern" in July after the authors themselves refused

The first of Tiger Woods' former mistresses to expose the string of
affairs which led to his divorce has tweeted that she is five
months pregnant.Rachel Uchitel posted pictures late Tuesday on the social networking site,
showing her with new husband Matt Hahn, an insurance broker, touching her

"expecting big things for 2012... Five down, Four months to go..."The couple
had a small wedding in Las Vegas in October and an insider
told Life & Style at the time that Uchitel was pregnant and

k ordered the use of lethal force against protesters.Next in line of
witnesses whose testimony was demanded by both the prosecution and the defense
is chief of staff Lt. Gen. Sami Hafez Anan, the second-highest ranking
official in the ruling military council. As the proceedings started Wednesday, it was
not clear whether Annan will be testifying. Also on trial with Mubarak and
facing the same charges are his former Interior Minister Habib el-Adly and
six senior former security officials. Mubarak and his two sons, Alaa and
Gamal, also face corruption charges. The prosecution's case depends heavily on accounts of
members of the former president's inner circle including ex-spy chief Omar Suleiman,
who was appointed vice president by Mubarak during the uprising.

found seven sets of human remains around the cities of Linares and
Montemorelos, near the border with Tamaulipas state. Four bodies were found burned
or half-buried, and three others had apparently been thrown down a well.A
Nuevo Leon state detective who was not authorized to be quoted by
