I've had barbeque in a variety of places around the United States and after trying Central I can definitely say it is in my top 3 of... I hated this bar the first time I came in. Oh how wrong I was. The only bar in Memphis that you can have an alcoholic revival at. This place smells like... This is by far one of the coolest bars in the South. I only had the opportunity to go once while visiting Memphis, and I will be making it a point to make... I don't understand why all of Memphis does not go to this spot, every day, all day long. Delicious, fresh, unique, tantalizing. ....I could eat here every day... I had a great experience here. I'm traveling for work, so I'm by myself. I decided to sit at the bar. My first experience with Ribs R Us was about a year ago, and I have been ordering from them at least once a month since. ....Their meats are perfect. Beef... This place was soooo awesome. My fianc\u00e9 and I sat out on the im closed porch area. It was a bit noisy out there and they played music but yet it was still... If I were to compare this place to a Korean restaurant in LA, this would get 2/5 instead of 4/5 but since we're in Philly, I'll do my best to keep it... Simply the best restaurant around.
