didn't wanna waste 18502418 goodness of my food so I didn't bother to put hot sauce. Though I did cut a small piece and put a few drops of tabasco to at least try it but I decided I didn't want hot sauce and didn't need it. Went there for 18502418 second time yesterday for brunch. If you get there before 2pm, be prepared for LONG wait. My friend got there at 11 to put her name down for 4 and we were seated around 12:20. BF and I ordered 18502418 acai bowl (had very fond memories from our last visit) and enjoyed every last bite. It's a large bowl of acai smoothy/slushy topped with a generous portion of granola, strawberries and bananas. This is a must-try. BF ordered an omelet and I had 18502418 portabella breakfast. I really wanted something with meat in it but I have this irrational love of portabella mushrooms and passed this up 18502418 last time we came. I am SO glad i got it! 18502418 dish comes with 3 pieces of french bread, 2 eggs your choice (I got over-easy), spinach, polenta and a large portabella mushroom. 18502418 mushroom was 18502418 star and it had enough flavor to carry a bite containing some eggs, spinach and polenta. Even BF thought it was excellent, and he needs meat in everything he eats (we once ordered him pork belly for dessert at his bday party)! My friends liked their food as well. BF thought his omelet was ok, but again, he like 18502418 acai bowl and my dish. Despite how busy 18502418 place was, our water and coffee were refilled constantly and there was never a time that any of our glasses/mugs went empty. I'm pretty sure I had over 7 refills on 18502418 coffee. It was good coffee. I really have nothing bad to say about 18502418 place other than 18502418 parking and 18502418 wait. 18502418 restaurant is on 18502418 main thoroughfare of downtown Santa Cruz so parking is difficult (there is a tiny private lot but it's always full and it's a very narrow driveway which is very easily missed). 18502418 wait is LONG so be prepared! They do have plenty of seating areas for waiting and you can get drinks while you wait. If you're around 18502418 area, I highly suggest this place. If not, make it a day out of it! We went wine tasting afterward and had a fun day :) After reading some of 18502418 reviews on Yelp I decided to try this place out. I love ACAI and so I came here specifically for that. 18502418 first thing I noticed was how colorful 18502418 building was from 18502418 outside. Bright colors and tropical looking plants made me feel like I was in Brazil. This place gets extremely crowded on most days and there are aren't too many tables inside. I didn't mind 18502418 long wait as beautiful Brazilian women with big behinds kept my focus away from 18502418 time. There's eye candy all around! It's glorious! All perverted thoughts aside, 18502418 ACAI bowl is HUGE. Everything
