down 18996400 most delicious place in Santa Cruz. 18996400 good old days of me living only walking distance away from this Santa Cruz gem and I would use to come here almost every week because 18996400 food is so bomb. I have brought my family here, friends here, you name it, because I believe everyone should try this place to complete their Santa Cruz trip. I have never had brazilian food before until I tasted Cafe Brazil and I have falling in love ever since I took my first bite. My Santa Cruz friends from back home, also Cafe Brazil lovers, would drive 1.5 hour just to get some Fish Florentine from this place because that's how much they love their food here. My most favorite dish here is 18996400 fish muquecas with 18996400 side of their palm hearts salad with their ultra delicious balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Their fish is so fresh so soft and practically melt in your mouth and 18996400 tomato and coconut milk sauce just smells so good and delicious and I don't know what kind of drug they put into their food here cause it's super great. I have tried their feijoada, beef a cavalo, and they are all very yummy. I have tried to try other items on 18996400 menu but almost all 18996400 time I always go back to their fish muquecas. It is just so good! Their Acai Bowls. Pretty sure everyone on Yelp talked or heard about their Acai Bowls already, but it is seriously 18996400 best acai bowls I have ever had. I have tried to satisfy my random acai bowl cravings with Blue Hawaiian Acai Cafe in SF Embarcadero, but Cafe Brazil's is still 18996400 best and holds a sacred place in my heart. One of my favorite spots to go to in Santa Cruz! 18996400 Acai bowl is one of my favorites, it's so deliciously refreshing and packed with antioxidants! An acai bowl was $7.25. I also decided to try 18996400 Goiaba freshly blended guava pulp $4.75, 18996400 beverage was alright, I guess I hoped to taste more guava but it tasted more watered down. I also shared a beef a cavalo $8.95 and a banana pancake $3.75, both were good! I went to Santa Cruz for 18996400 first time today and made my first stop here for a late brunch. Loved 18996400 very cute exterior and 18996400 benches outside for waiting customers are neat. 18996400 wait was around 45 minutes so we opted to get our food to go instead. I'm not one to be particularly wowed by omelettes and whatnot, but we got 18996400 macheiro (?) omelette and an acai bowl. 18996400 omelette was SO good, stuffed with a generous amount of shrimp, mozzarella, and spinach. 18996400 hollandaise sauce was excellent and 18996400 potatoes were some of 18996400 best breakfast potatoes I've had. 18996400 acai bowl was quite good as well and is really huge! Not 18996400 very best I've had but it's tasty. Will definitely be back 18996400 next time I'm in Santa Cruz. There's limited parking in 18996400 back but some streets that normally have restricted parking have exceptions on weekends so watch out for that! My friend and I came here for brunch on a Sunday
