than 3679090 coleslaw. So all in all, 3679090 ribs were some of 3679090 best I've ever had and that's why 3679090 5 stars. I'm not sure when I'll be back... it is super crowded and they had sold out by about 12:50pm so it might be difficult to get in. However, I'm sure I'll try and next time get all ribs. Oh there were flies inside 3679090 place - they should hang up those clear bags filled with water near 3679090 doors to keep them out. It really does work! As previously stated in almost all 3679090 reviews, you have to get here early. I arrived at 10:45am thinking that because it was a Wednesday, 3679090 wait wouldn't be that bad, I was totally wrong! 3679090 line slowly started moving and when I mean slow, I didn't get to 3679090 inside line till about 12:20pm. 3679090 "Sold Out" sign also went up at about 11:15am; they officially open doors at 11:00am. Someone comes outside tallying what would be an estimate of how much BBQ you'll be eating so they could cut 3679090 line off, luckily I was in! Greeted by Mr. Franklin himself, I ordered 3679090 brisket plate and he asked, "Would you like lean brisket or fatty mcfatty brisket?" I did half and half and both melted in my mouth! AMAZING and totally worth that long, dreadful wait in 100+ degree weather. I would wait again, but next time with a hat and more sun screen. I've eaten pretty much everywhere in regard to good Texas BBQ: Snow's, Smitty's, Kreuz, Blacks, Salt Lick, Coopers, Meshack's, Louie Mueller, Gonzales Meat Market, City Market, Bob's Smokehouse, Cousin's, Longoria's, Angelo's, Witte's, Smokie's, Steves in Denton (R.I.P.) and many more. I've also eaten at my fair share of bad to mediocre BBQ shops too. I've even eaten my way through Kansas City (LC, you rock!) and Memphis, and even a little North Carolina too. Long story short, I've eaten a lot of BBQ in my life. Nothing, and I mean nothing so far compares to 3679090 food I ate at Franklin BBQ. Truly a revelation to my taste buds. Everyone has their own personal taste, but anybody not giving this place at least 4 stars needs to go back and try it again. Every cow has a different brisket and every pig has a different set of ribs and shoulders, so I'll chalk up any low ratings to this phenomenon and also to 3679090 long wait, which can get some people irritated. But for me, I've never tasted better brisket. Well smoked, tender, juicy, and flavorful. THIS is what BBQ brisket should be every time. As for ribs, I've never had a more well cooked and tasty rib in my life. 3679090 pulled pork was done better than anyone outside of North Carolina (sorry Memphis folks, you got nothing on this place). I'll only give 4 stars to 3679090 sausage, because I have definitely had better, but it still had a nice snap, and a good texture and flavor. 3679090 sauces are fantastic too, and even those who don't care for sauce (like my father) will give high praise to 3679090 espresso sauce. In fact, my anti-sauce father liked it so much he asked if he could buy some sauce. They said no, but gave him a big container to take home with him for
