goodness for a CVS right by it ..ended up buying a blanket to keep warm. By 18639934 time I got back in line it had already doubled ...Texans are serious about this bbq! We even had a guy that was from out of 18639934 country and ask if we bought extra meat and if so he would pay more for it! Finally at 1:15pm ..almost 5 hrs later ...we had our food! Brisket and ribs are AMAZING! We ordered fatty parts of 18639934 brisket ..oh man melts in your mouth. No need for 18639934 bbq sauce...it's perfect on its own. So far it's 18639934 best bbq I've had, but I'm giving 4 stars due to 18639934 extreme long wait. I don't think I would ever wait that long again ..but at least I can say that I've been there and got to experience it =) First off, this isn't a last minute, lets go get something to eat type place. If you're going here then you are dedicating your morning to 18639934 experience. Line up early, and be prepared for disappointment if you show up too late. However, knowing that going into it, I feel, takes away your right to complain about it. Yes, you are going to be in line for a few hours, you knew tha Now, 18639934 food. Damn. I don't even know where to begin. Oh, yes I do. When you reach 18639934 counter you are given a burnt end. Brace yourself because it will weaken your knees. If you know anything about BBQ then you know that burnt ends are just little flavor bombs that hit you in your soul. I will say that I refused to come here for two years because of 18639934 ridiculously long lines, but today was different as I drove by on 11th St. I noticed no line and 18639934 "Sorry, Sold Out" sign wasn't on 18639934 door.
